Calàbbria started in our back garden in January 2021, before our very first event at the wonderful Station Inn in Kidderminster. From there it grew onto the terraces at Villa Park, serving matchdays and sell‑out pop concerts — Bruce Springsteen and Black Sabbath among them — and it hasn’t stopped since.
Everything is still built to order in front of whoever’s queuing, whether that’s a wedding party of 150 or a Saturday market crowd of one. No freezers, no reheats — just fire.

We’ve teamed up with Chilli Pete to bottle our own hot sauce, made right here in the UK. It’s the same balance we chase in the kitchen — flavour first, heat second.
It started with one goal: food people remember. The one thing we kept hearing at weddings, festivals and events was “where can I buy your sauce?” — so after months of recipe development, we bottled it.
